Binding Corporate Rules

We have ensured compliance with some of Our legal obligations in relation to Personal Data by creating a set of ‘Binding Corporate Rules’ (BCRs).  The BCRs set out IPSS’s data privacy commitments in respect of Personal Data that is transferred internationally from IPSS and its partners in the European Economic Area (the EEA), and countries with similar restrictions on the use of Personal Data.
Our BCR’s:
  • Use Personal Data for specified purposes only;
  • Take steps to ensure that the Personal Data We hold is kept accurate and up-to-date;
  • Take appropriate measures against the risks of unlawful use and accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, Personal Data.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information you may disclose publicly in any chat rooms, message boards, or similar web pages, including those hosted on or linked to our Site. You should keep in mind that whenever you publicly disclose information about yourself online—for example, via message boards or chat rooms—that information could be collected and used by people whom you do not know. In addition, certain message boards and similar user forums may display IP addresses along with the message poster's name and message. IPSS bears no responsibility for any action or policies of any third parties who collect any information users may disclose on the message boards, chat areas or other user forums, if any, on the Site.

This Site is not directed at anyone 18 years of age or younger. IPSS, therefore, will not intentionally collect information about anyone under the age of 18, and requests that no such information be submitted to us.
